LECC offers highly reliable nationwide fibre network based on a 10+ year IRU. An indefeasible right of use (IRU) is a contractual agreement which guarantees our customers access to a particular resource, for a fixed term. It being a dark-fibre IRU enables our customers to use any electronics they desire to use on the ends of a fibre pair. In essence, this means the bandwidth of your link is your choice.

For those of our customers whose business models do not permit them to commit to a long term contract, LECC offers an annual dark fibre lease. With a minimum contractual duration of one year, our customers can enjoy the flexibility and reliability of LECC’s dark fibre without making a long-term commitment.

LECC offers IP-Transit services to its customers at wholesale rates. Through bulk purchasing and a strategic router deployment, LECC hopes to guarantee its customers the best possible prices while offering a reliable service.
