I am currently working as the Chief Executive and Principal Consultant at Lebesa Advisory Services where we provide financial and business advisory services.  I am a former Risk and Compliance Manager at Letshego Financial Services Lesotho where I assessed and monitored enterprise-wide risk. I am a Board member at Lesotho Electricity Company Communications. I am former Audit committee member of the Central Bank of Lesotho and Risk and Audit committee member of the Commonwealth Games Federation (UK), where I oversaw good governance, financial reporting, the system of internal controls and compliance with laws and regulations. I am Mandela Washington Fellow for Young African Leaders (YALI) who was trained on Business and Leadership at Yale University (USA).
