She is the Chief Executive and Principal Consultant at Lebesa Advisory
Services, providing financial and business advisory services. She previously served as Risk and Compliance Manager at Letshego Financial Services Lesotho, overseeing enterprise-wide risk.

She has served on the AuditCommittee of the Central Bank of Lesotho and the Risk and Audit Committee of the Commonwealth Games Federation (UK), focusing on governance, financial reporting, and compliance. She is also a Mandela Washington Fellow for Young African Leaders (YALI), trained in Business and Leadership at Yale University.
