Mr ’Mokela have extensive Corporate Governance, Policy Planning, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, and experience in the telecommunications services sector, most gained in the Public Service when serving as the Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Communications, Science and Technology between the years 2002 to 2011. He has also over the years developed highly sought-after skills in the field of regulation of the communications sector and key stakeholder management in the core spheres of the communications sector. He has worked as chief executive officer in communications regulatory and as Managing director for LECC (current).

He has worked as board member in various board of directors including Lesotho Postbank, Lesotho Communications Authority, West Indian Ocean Cable Company and e-Africa Commission to mention few.
