·   an LLB graduate of the National University of Lesotho with a post graduate degree in Air & Space Law from McGill University.

·   a Legal, Regulatory and Compliance specialist within government & private business.  Worked in Lesotho, South Africa and Swaziland as an employee and an independent consultant.

·   a former Senior legal advisor in Government and World Bank Funded projects in Lesotho, Head of legal & regulatory divisions within the MNO’s in Lesotho and a principal consultant in private consulting firms in South Africa.

· an independent consultant on Governance, transport and communications, e- transactions and mobile financial services.

·    Admitted advocate of the Lesotho High Court and the Orange Free State in South Africa.

·     a shareholder and sole director of MCM consulting founded in 2019
