LECC offers its customers access to a highly reliable nationwide fibre network based on a 10 to 15 year IRU. An indefeasible right of use (IRU) is a contractual agreement which guarantees our customers access to a particular resource (in this case a fibre pair) for a fixed term. It being a dark-fibre IRU enables our customers to use any electronics they desire to use on the ends of a fibre pair. In essence, this means the bandwidth of your link is your choice.
